Get in Touch With Us
This page explains how to contact the Slots Not On Gamstop team, what we can help with, and where to go instead for problems we cannot fix. We are an independent information site about casinos not on GamStop. We are not a casino, and we do not run or hold any player accounts.
Contact us by email or through the site
Use the contact route shown on this page or in the site footer at paintsonladders.com. We have not published a phone number or live chat, so please do not assume either exists. Include enough detail for us to act on your message:
- The page you were reading, or its title
- What you think is wrong, unclear or missing
- Any source you can point to, such as the casino's own terms page, with the date you saw it
- Whether you would like a reply
We do not promise a fixed response time. We read messages and reply where a reply is useful. Please never send passwords, card numbers, ID documents or bank details. We will never ask for them.
What we can help with
- Corrections. Bonus terms, wagering requirements, payment options and withdrawal rules change often. If a casino has updated something since our last check on 29 September 2026, tell us and we will review it.
- Questions about our reviews. We can explain how we reached a view or what an editorial rating covers. Ratings are our own assessments, not customer-review scores.
- Suggestions. If a topic is missing, such as verification checks, withdrawal limits or currency conversion, let us know.
- Business enquiries. Casinos and other companies may contact us. Commercial relationships do not decide rankings, and commission cannot buy a position.
What we cannot do
We cannot resolve a dispute with a casino, release a withdrawal, reopen an account or negotiate on your behalf. We have no access to any operator's systems. The casinos in our top list include Betmica, Kikibet, Betninja, WinnerIsland, Zombillion, Smash Casino, Nightluck, CoinPoker, Rivo and Daytonaspin. We have no power over how any of them handle a complaint.
If you have a problem with a casino:
- Contact the casino's customer support in writing and keep copies of the conversation.
- Read the casino's complaints procedure and follow its stages.
- Check which licence the casino says it holds. Then check that the licensing body actually lists it, and see whether that body offers a dispute route.
- Keep screenshots of the bonus terms as they appeared when you accepted them.
Be realistic about protection. A casino that accepts British players is not necessarily authorised by the UK Gambling Commission. Sites outside its regime are not covered by GamStop and may offer fewer routes to redress. Our guide to the best non GamStop casinos explains licensing, bonus conditions and payments in more detail.
If gambling is causing you harm
If gambling is affecting your money, relationships or wellbeing, please seek support before anything else. GamCare runs a free, confidential helpline and chat service in Great Britain, and you can find its current details on its website. GamStop lets you self-exclude from UK-licensed sites, and you can also use deposit limits, loss limits and gambling blocking software. Gambling should never be treated as income or a fix for debt. You must be 18 or over to gamble.
How we handle your message
We use what you send only to answer you and to improve the site. We do not share your message with casinos. Advertised offers, such as the headline welcome bonuses shown in our list, come from the operators. They carry wagering requirements, time limits and caps, so check the current terms on the casino's own site.
